Cleanmo CM-PFS707 Cleanroom Polyester and Foam Swab is a high-quality swab constructed from single-layer knitted polyester and compressed 100 ppi open-cell polyurethane foam that is free from organic contaminants.

Caractéristiques du produit

The swab is free from silicone, amide, and DOP, with low non-volatile residue, low particle and ion content, good absorbency, and compatibility with most common solvents, without contaminating adhesives or coatings.

Valeur du produit

The swab offers excellent absorbency, solvent-holding capacity, and durability, with a rigid internal paddle for firm support. It is laundered and packed in an ISO Class 5 clean room to ensure low particulate and ionic content.

The swab handle is compact, made from polypropylene, and does not contribute to particulate or organic contamination. The large polypropylene handle enables good control and ease of use.

Scénarios d'application

The swab is suitable for micro-mechanical cleaning, removing contamination from disk drives, cleaning small, hard-to-reach areas with solvents like IPA, removing flux residue and excess materials, and general-purpose cleaning.
