SALIVA COLLECTION KIT
The saliva collection kit is designed and developed with pre-filled solution as well as a simple screw-on funnel
for simple saliva delivery directly into the non-toxic preservation solution.
It offers an easy, convenient and safe method for the saliva samples collection.

BENEFITS
Method of Use:
1. Medical institutions or users may sterilize the sample tubes by themselves according to their needs before usage. 2. 30 min before saliva samples collecting, rinse mouth with water and fast after gargling. 3. Mark relevant sample information on the sampling tube and place a spare funnel at the nozzle. 4. Relax and massage your cheeks, and spit into the funnel until your saliva (no bubbles) reaches the filling line. 5. Hold the tube in one hand to ensure that the sampling tube is in an upright position, and pour the sample preservation liquid into the tube along the funnel. 6. Keep the sampling tube in an upright position, screw off the funnel, cover it with the sampling tube cover and tighten it. 7. Mix the tightened sampling tube upside down for 10-15 times, put it into the packaging bag, and discard the funnel，then the collection of saliva samples completed.

INSTRUCTION
No Eating & No Brushing Teeth
Do not eat, drink, smoke, chew gum, brush your teeth, or use mouthwash for at least 30 minutes prior to providing your sample.
Main structure and performance:
Composed of a tube containing preservation fluid and a sampling tube. Non-sterile supply.
Storage Condition:
Store in a dry and ventilated place at room temperature and away from light. Keep away from dampness. Do not store with poisonous or odorous articles. Avoid direct contact with fire sources, inflammables and corrosives.

Saliva Collection
Spit the liquid saliva( not the bubbles) into the collection funnel. If you notice excess bubbles, eliminate them by gently tapping the tube on a hard surface. The recommended volume of saliva to provide is about 2 ml. Your saliva sample should be just above the fill line.
Provide your sample and add the preservation solution within 30 mins
The full saliva sample should be collected within 30 minutes and the funnel contents should be released into the tube immediately. Waiting longer than 30 minutes may decrease the yield and quality of your DNA.
Contraindications, Precautions, Warnings and Suggestive Explanations
1. The cover of the sampling tube should be tightened timely to avoid the occurrence of bubbles in the sample after sampling with the Viral Transport Medium Tube (Saliva DNA sample collector);
2. This product is only used for the collection of saliva samples, and the sampling procedures should be strictly followed in accordance with the instructions;
3. 30 minutes before the collection of saliva samples, please rinse your mouth with water and fast after gargling. If the sample preservation solution is accidentally splashed into the eyes or skin, rinse immediately with water;
4. Do not use the product after expiration date or if the package is damaged.
Cap securely before shipping, storage or processing
Remember to remove and discard the funnel lid , then screw on the tube cap securely and shake well ( for 10 seconds) to mix before storage,mailing or processing
