Viral Transport Medium VTM Tube for Specimen Collection

iClean Viral Transport Medium CM-MVTM-10 is a sterile, disposable solution designed for Viral Specimen Collection, transportation and storage. The 10ml tube contains 3ml of preservation medium and is compatible with nasopharyngeal swabs, pharyngeal swabs, saliva, sputum and other clinical specimens.

The VTM Tube features a convenient breakpoint design for easy swab transfer and secure sample handling. Formulated with Hank’s balanced salt solution, ultrapure water, KCl, NaCl, fetal bovine serum and penicillin potassium salt, it helps maintain specimen integrity during transport and subsequent laboratory testing. VTM systems are commonly designed for the collection, transport and preservation of clinical specimens.
