PE sticky roller

PE sticky roller is an integral cleaning material for PCB, LCD/LED film pack factories. Without direct contact with the surface of the product, the dust on the surface of the PCB board is transferred to the stick roll through the silicon rubber wheel. Sticky Rollers provide the most efficient means of removing even the smallest particles from flat surfaces. Particulates are limited by the lifting action of the roller as it passes over the surface. The adhesive on the tacky film not only removes contaminants but also provides an inhibitor to prevent microbial growth, which makes it suitable even for non-cleanroom use. The specially designed rollers effectively capture and transfer particles and contaminants from surfaces to adhesive rolls.

How To Use PE Sticky Roller?

Cleanmo PE Sticky Rollers are as easy to use as a simple paint roller. Just roll the area to remove dust particles. Adhesive Rollers provide a cost-effective and convenient way of cleaning walls, floors, ceiling and other smooth surfaces in your controlled environment. When the roll gets too soiled to attract more contaminants, simply tear off the outer sheet for a fresh tacky adhesive sheet. 

Silicon Sticky Roller

Silicon sticky roller is consist of a rolled sticky film and handle for removing of contaminants at industrial applications. By specially formulated glue applied on film, it keeps proper adhesive strength enough to trap fine dust to be removed, while leaving no adhesive residue on the area. Widely used in circuit boards PCB, LCD , light guide plates, precision printing, SMT, cleanroom, semiconductor and other industries production, the cleaning tools for surface treatment.
